Camano Island Sourdough Company is a family-run cottage bakery nestled on beautiful Camano Island. We specialize in small-batch sourdough baked goods—both savory and sweet—made with just a few honest ingredients: locally milled flour, sea salt, fresh island air, and a 100+ year-old Seattle sourdough starter with a legacy as rich as its flavor. We’re licensed, inspected, and proudly part of the Washington Cottage Foods community—bringing wild-fermented goodness to Camano, Stanwood, Marysville, and beyond. We were into fermentation before it was cool (and way before TikTok got into it).
